Project coordinator: Reduce and adapt a production line from 240 to 110 ppl, Lead time reduction and enhance production stream.
Tools: Kaizen, Pull Flow, Kanban, line feeding, logistic sequencer.
Stock and warehouse management.

My Point of view about this position:

Pros:
Challenging First industrial job, High challenge, few resources = Experience ++

Cons:
Social background of those mission, End of life product, production decrease, low motivation of teams.
